At Faryvex S.A. (Tax ID 30-71987642-3), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 2456, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations, and with Resolution 47/2018 of the Agency for Access to Public Information.
1. Data controller
Faryvex S.A. is the controller of the personal data collected through faryvex.com. You can contact us regarding privacy by writing to privacy@faryvex.com or to the registered address above.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email), inquiries sent by email and technical data generated by your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited) when you accept analytical cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you news about real estate crowdlending, respond to inquiries, measure site performance, comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse of the platform. We never sell or transfer your data for advertising purposes unrelated to Faryvex.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when completing the forms, on the performance of the relationship with you as data subject, and on the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the site, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25.326.
5. Retention period
We retain newsletter data while your subscription remains active and for up to 24 months after unsubscription to demonstrate regulatory compliance. Anonymous analytical data is kept for a maximum of 26 months.
6. Recipients
We may share data with providers of infrastructure, transactional email and web analytics contracted by Faryvex S.A., located in Argentina, the European Union or the United States, always under contractual clauses that guarantee the level of protection required by Argentine regulations.
7. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and confidentiality of your personal data by sending an email to privacy@faryvex.com and proving your identity. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), role-based access controls and continuous monitoring of security events.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes to the site. The current version will be published at this same URL, indicating the date of the last update.
